I have enjoyed many successful years in retail marketing.

Helping others achieve their potential and career goals.

4. Where do you see yourself next year?
On a tropical island sipping umbrella drinks. Being deeper involved in helping our customers find what they want in a far more connected world.
5. What motivates you?
To make a difference. Bother professionally and personally. To help others.
6. What is something you learned from being in your field that they didn’t tell you in school?
How to manage people, conflict resolution, and how to lead a team. Of course, I went to reform school so maybe that was not in the curriculum.
7. Who do you look up to and why?
I look up to everyone. Every person has so many amazing things they offer to the world. The skill is to recognize those things and embrace them.
8. What’s the most annoying thing you see on social media?
Many people would probably say MY posts. For me, it’s trying to sell me something without establishing a relationship first. (Charles your posts are NOT annoying ~KC)
9. Have you ever given in to a social media fad? If so which one?
Of course…I have voted for reality show singers, turned my profile picture different colors, taken the Ice Bucket challenge. Some are for fun, some are for good causes, but all are to continue to be relevant in the world.
10. What projects are you currently working on?
I have a few of the greatest projects in retail right now, but if I told you…You would have to buy 100 pairs of shoes first!
